In spite of fear

ကြောက်စိတ်ကင်းတယ် ဆိုတာမှာ လုံးလုံးလျားလျား ကြောက်စိတ်ကင်းဖို့ မလိုပါဘူး။ ကြောက်တတ်တာအတွက် တော်တော့်ကို သတ္တိရှိဖို့လိုပေမယ့် ကျွန်မတို့ ရှေ့ဆက်ပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်လောက်အောင် ကြောက်စိတ်ကင်းဖို့သာ လိုပါတယ်။

Freedom from fear does not have to be complete. It only has to be sufficient to enable us to carry on; and to carry on in spite of fear requires tremendous courage.
