No system is perfect

ဒီမိုကရေစီဟာ ပြည့်စုံကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ စနစ်တစ်ခုလို့ ကျွန်မဘယ်တော့မှ မပြောပါဘူး ဘာဖြစ်လို့လဲဆိုတော့ ကျွန်မတို့ လူသားတွေက အပြစ်အနာဆာကင်းသူတွေ မဟုတ်လို့ပါ။ ကျွန်မတို့ဟာ ပြည့်စုံကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ စနစ်တစ်ခုကို မဖန်တီးနိုင်ပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ လူရယ်လို့ ဖြစ်လာခိုက်မှာ ကျွန်မတို့ကို အမှန်တကယ် ထိခိုက်နာကျင်စေတဲ့၊ လူ့ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာရဲ့ အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်ကို တိုက်စားပစ်တဲ့ လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေရဲ့ အပြစ်အနာဆာတွေ၊ ဥပဒေတွေရဲ့ အပြစ်အနာအဆာတွေနဲ့ ကျင့်ကြံမှုတွေရဲ့ အပြစ်အနာအဆာတွေကို ကောင်းအောင်လုပ်ဖို့ ပိုအရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

I have never claimed that democracy was a perfect system because we human beings are not perfect. We are not capable of producing a system that is perfect. But it is more important that we work on the imperfections of societies and of laws and of practices that truly hurt us as human beings, that erode the foundation of human dignity.
