Closed minds

လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဟာ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးရဲ့ လိုအပ်တဲ့အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ် ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ အတည်ပြုထားတဲ့ တရားတဲ့ဥပဒေတွေကို အတိုက်အခံ မှန်သမျှ အသံမထွက်တာဟာ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ မိမိအာဏာ အာမခံချက်ရှိတာဟာ လုံခြုံရေးလို့ နားလည်တဲ့ တရားသေသမားတွေသာ ငြင်းဆန်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။

That just laws which uphold human rights are the necessary foundation of peace and security would be denied only by closed minds which interpret peace as the silence of all opposition and security as the assurance of their own power
