တရားတဲ့ဥပဒေတွေ မရှိတဲ့နေရာမှာ တရားမျှတမှုနဲ့ လူအများလက်ခံထားတဲ့ ကျင့်ဝတ်သိက္ခာဆိုင်ရာ မူတွေကို စောင့်ထိန်းဖို့တာဝန်က သာမန်ပြည်သူတွေအပေါ် ကျရောက်လာပါတယ်။
